I can honestly say this is the best decision we have ever made with regards to managing vehicle smart repairs.

When we first started to discuss the idea of the SRS Paint Booth with onsite contractors, I had a few reservations, such as set up costs, quality of work, productivity levels achieving daily targets, disruptions with holiday and sickness cover, increase in used aged stock preparation turnaround in excess of 5-7 days and site congestion.

However, having spent just over nine months with SRS, I can honestly say this is the best decision we have ever made with regards to managing vehicle smart repairs. They offer a convenient one-stop-shop for all Mercedes-Benz approved work (including MDI, Media-In interface) with excellent quality of work, with no disruptions.

Excellent service

Before we used Smart Repair Shops, we would have between 15 and 20 cars awaiting preparation with a five-day turnaround. Now, we repair two vehicles per day, with a 48-hour turnaround, including workshop preparation and valeting.

They offer an excellent service for our customers who can have their car serviced and smart repairs completed on the same day.

And a huge benefit to us as a dealership, there is no cost, with the exception of electrical work.

I have already recommended SRS to several other dealerships, based on the great relationships and quality of work we have experienced – they offer a first-class service!
